An Autobiographical Poem by Ali Lafta Saeed

Abstract

Autobiographical poetry is poetry that, according to what we see, is divided into two parts:

Poetry expresses clearly, simulating a kind of stories in which something from the poet's life, and the incidents that he has gone through clearly, and there may be some symbolic in it, but it is a poem more important in the successive narration of stories.

The second type is a much more complex type of autobiographical expression, and it is the type in which the poet hides his life and emotions in his poems indirectly, in the form of complex and intertwined symbols that require a lot of analysis and conclusion.

 In fact, after extrapolating three of the poems of the poet Ali Fattah Saeed, we found that the type of his expression of autobiographical poems is a second type, and the first type we almost did not find, and his poetry in general is deeply symbolic and suggestive.
